Amazing venue with awesome leadership team in Andrew and Chloe. I've included some photos of the awesome photo locations that exist around Tatra - look at that heavenly light which is super rare in the Dandenongs!We've photographed/filmeds Western, Asian, European and Indian weddings at Tatra - it's a very versatile space, beautiful photo spots, both indoor and outdoor ceremony options, spacious interior space and friendly staff!

my Partner and I got married in March 2024 at Tatra. From the moment we arrived we fell in love with the venue. The grounds were stunning and the staff were amazing. Nothing was an issue, they were very helpful in accomodating anything we were after. The day ran smoothly and the food was delicious. If i could give 10 stars then I would. Highly Highly recommed.

We had our wedding at Tatra last week and everything about it was absolutely amazing and perfect. The venue was incredible. The staff were so helpful, lovely and very easy going. No matter what questions I had, they were very obliging and also very prompt with their responses, even during peak times. They also guided me throughout the entire process but also very calmly and patiently. Also very reasonably priced !! The on site bridal room was perfect for getting ready in.The food was amazing and the on site accomodation was super convenient !All of our guests also loved the venue.I could not recommend Tatra receptions more highly :)

Pure Timeless Elegance & Beauty!We were married at Tatra Receptions and it was absolute PERFECTION! 🤍✨Nothing was too much trouble, Andrew, Dearna and the team at Tatra truly made us feel like family, like anything was possible for our special day. The care they took to make sure every detail was taken care of was incredible. They even helped us to create the perfect timeline to ensure our guests had a seamless enjoyable experience but we also had time to connect with each other privately too.We are truly grateful to Tatra Receptions for making all of our dreams come true. Their gardens are something truly special unmatched by anything else in Victoria. It was the perfect location for all of our needs; to have the ceremony on site (with various options available), a gorgeously decorated grande ballroom (the pure essence of elegance) and not to mention accommodation on site for all of our guests.We truly give many thanks, from the bottom of our hearts, to Dearna, Andrew and Shelby. Most especially for all of their hard work on our behalf. We had many guests complementing the service they received, the beautiful grounds, the delicious and abundant food and appreciation of how well maintained not only the gardens were but the Event Place as a whole.Their hospitality was warm and we had so many options to choose from, you can really personalise your day the way you would like to here, it was truly a dream come true. We were able to hire a live pianist for cocktail hour, a violinist for the ceremony and in the gardens AND have a band in the reception, decorate how we wished to, make use of all the grounds privately for the WHOLE duration of our two days (including all unlimited use of the gardens, garden bar, chapel, grande ballroom, pre reception lounge and other outdoor spaces). There is also a gorgeous day room/bridal retreat large enough to fully spread out all your wedding day supplies and for you to get ready there if you wish to, I did not but it was a lovely place to get some silence for a moment in between all the busy-ness of the day.In conclusion, Tatra Receptions is a marvellous choice for Brides and Grooms desiring the WHOLE experience from start to finish for themselves and their guests. It is pure timeless elegance and fairytale magic. I would highly recommend a tour if you are considering a wedding in the Dandenong Ranges/Yarra Valley area.With much love,N & L

We had our wedding at Tatra Receptions in Dec, 2023 and it was everything we imagined it would be! Andrew, Dearna and the staff were so helpful in making sure our day went smoothly as possible. It was forecasted for rain during the outside ceremony but we didn't want to make the call on moving it inside until as late as possible and they were so understanding and prepared to move things around if needed. Our wedding day & night went to a tee and it was all possible because the staff at Tatra made it so easy!

Tatra was the most amazing venue for our wedding just gone. From the moment we booked up until the day after our wedding it was everything we could’ve dreamed of, the atmosphere, the scenery, the food, the staff absolutely everything was perfect. Everyone was commenting on how amazing the entire day and night was 🥰The entire lead up Dearna in the office was incredible with the back and fourth emails, questions, answers and updates and on the day our coordinator Shelby was amazing we didn’t need to worry about a single thing. We knew everyone had it all under control and it was the best feeling 😊Would highly recommend Tatra any day, not only was the whole process extremely easy and fun their communication was great as well 😊

I got married here on the 11.11.23. From the moment we saw this venue, I knew this was the one. Other venues paled in comparison.We really wanted everything in one place, as some guests were travelling from interstate. We wanted accomodation close by, and to have both the ceremony and reception in one place, so our older guests didn't have to worry about going from one place to the next, and that's exactly what we got.Accomodation on site, rehearsal run through, bridal suite open early morning, platters and coffees, photobooth and neon sign all organised by the venue. Also, there's no need to go off site for photos. Tatra Receptions grounds are a dream.Our wedding wasn't just a one day thing, we celebrated over 3 days! The night before family and bridal party stayed at Tatras Accomodation, we had dinner out boys at one location and girls at another, then our big day the next day, and after we checked out - all guests that came stayed at Tatras Accommodation and a few others who wanted to keep celebrating came and had brunch with us, before all departing. It was perfect!We got signage stands supplied for our welcome sign and seating chart, complimentary food tasting, complimentary white seasoned flowers on each guest table and in the centre of the bridal table. This is a nice cost cut for the bride and groom. Also a complimentary wedding night stay in their honeymoon suite.Andrew, Debbie and the team were all so wonderful to deal with. They listened to what we wanted and delivered on the day. Dearna and Bianca our wedding day coordinators were lovely to deal with and very attentive. I recommend Tatra Receptions to anyone!The food is incredible, the gardens are majestic, they have the prettiest gazebo and cupola and the chapel is stunning! It's a bonus that the reception is also beautiful. It's the prettiest venue in all of the Dandenong Ranges and trust me, we saw them all haha.I am so happy we got the venue we wanted and so happy with how our day turned out. Even after the wedding, the team continued to be accommodating and wonderful. That's real service. Thank you, everyone, at Tatra.

Super impressed with our experience at Tatra. First of all, the owner and management are super flexible with lots of things, for example, scheduling times for our rehearsal outside those they usually offer, allowing us to come in for an additional food tasting for a dish we hadn't tried etc. We mostly spoke to Dearna throughout the planning process who was always super responsive and very helpful! The team set up my items on the day exactly as I had asked also. On the night, all of the staff members were wonderful and really lovely. Our on the day co-ordinator (whose name I unfortunately cannot recall - the day was such a blur!) was so wonderful. She kept me calm when I arrived to the venue later when expected, took it upon herself to problem solve the little things that weren't going quite to plan on the day, ensured we were kept in the loop all evening, tried to feed and water us as much as possible and so many other things that I probably didn't even notice! Honestly I don't think I could fault the venue at all on the day. Thanks so much!

We had our wedding at Tatra on 27.10.23 and it was the most perfect place to get married. The venue itself is stunning. The gardens are beautiful and make for incredible photos. The ballroom is such a great space for the reception. Food is absolutely incredible and all of our guests raved about it. The team at Tatra were wonderful all throughout the entire wedding planning process, special shoutout to Dearna who was incredible. Nothing was too much trouble, everyone responded to any queries quickly and with great customer service. We are so grateful to the Team at Tatra and couldn’t recommend them more.

Right from our first enquiry up until our wedding day, the staff at Tatra have been beyond exceptional, answering our questions, offering suggestions and advice, and helping out on our special day when it was needed. They were always so lovely to communicate whether it was through phone, email or in -person. Having great, professional people to work with made the process of organising a wedding so much easier especially when trying to plan a million things.The venue itself is just breathtaking with a vast amount of greenery that creates a mesmerising backdrop for photos. As soon as we got the tour to check out the venue, we pretty much knew then and there that this is our wedding venue to celebrate our special day. The reception space is so warm and welcoming with a large dance floor for guests to party on throughout the night. They also have beautiful fireplaces that can be lit which comes in handy especially for the unpredictable Melbourne weather.For all newly engaged couples, Tatra is the wedding venue of your dreams - you will not be disappointed and we couldn't of asked for a better venue to get married at. We are so grateful for the beautiful venue and service that Tatra provided and we can't thank you enough!

From our initial enquiry, to our wedding day, Tatra had been nothing short of INCREDIBLE. Communication was amazing no matter how many silly questions I had, the staff were always super friendly and helpful. The gardens are unlike anything we could have imagined and made us feel like we were in a fairytale. Had an amazing wedding, great communication throughout the planning process. On the day itself it was raining, but with some effort from staff and some luck, we dried the seats for an outdoor ceremony. Food was loved by all and there were no issues, overall running smoothly throughout the entire night.However, the day before the wedding we were told that the music system was outdated and many of the speakers did not work. As we did not have a DJ or band playing, this was a slight issue, as sound quality of the music lacked.We would ask Tatra to invest in a better, updated sound system for future events.Ultimately, we recommend Tatra Receptions to anyone looking for a natural, beautiful venue for a wedding or other large event :)

Tatra was our wedding venue and we are SO HAPPY we chose it! We fell in love with it because of the various locations and backdrops within the one place: the ballroom, chapel, garden and many outdoor photoshoot options. On the day, we also had perfect weather which made the venue even more stunning! Our guests all complimented how beautiful it was and to be in Mt Dandenong. Tatra was always quick to respond and communicate with. The staff were so lovely and helpful on the day as well as prior to the day. It is also large enough for flexible big number of guests. Our guests also complimented the food and meals. It was also lovely having accommodation on site to stay overnight for ourselves as bride and groom, and for guests. Tatra is a great choice for wedding venue!

Tatra Receptions was absolutely amazing. Me and our partner organised our wedding pre-covid and their service throughout and post-covid with all the changes and postponements along the way were fantastic. All of our changes and requests coming into the wedding were handled with patience from Andrew and the team and I'm amazed at how happy and easy-going they were with the changes my parents had been organising before the wedding.Shelby Davidson(?), our co-ordinator from Tatra, went above and beyond to ensure that despite the rain and constant changes to the plan made sure things ran with the amended schedule and single-handedly ensured our day was one to remember. Our bridal party can't thank her enough for all of the support and help she and the team on the day.

Beautiful place n reception...ensure to pick a good day for wedding .Especially not windy or rainy season .....Car parking and pathway need some lights during the night time.Hard to walk back without lights and some dangerous steps ....so be mindful to ask them

my Partner and I got married in March 2024 at Tatra. From the moment we arrived we fell in love with the venue. The grounds were stunning and the staff were amazing. Nothing was an issue, they were very helpful in accomodating anything we were after. The day ran smoothly and the food was delicious. If i could give 10... stars then I would. We had our wedding at Tatra last week and everything about it was absolutely amazing and perfect. The venue was incredible. The staff were so helpful, lovely and very easy going. No matter what questions I had, they were very obliging and also very prompt with their responses, even during peak times. They also guided... me throughout the entire process but also very calmly and patiently. Also very reasonably priced !! The on site bridal room was perfect for getting ready in.The food was amazing and the on site accomodation was super convenient !All of our guests also loved the venue.I could not recommend Tatra receptions more highly :)read more

Pure Timeless Elegance & Beauty!We were married at Tatra Receptions and it was absolute PERFECTION! 🤍✨Nothing was too much trouble, Andrew, Dearna and the team at Tatra truly made us feel like family, like anything was possible for our special day. The care they took to make sure every detail was... taken care of was incredible. They even helped us to create the perfect timeline to ensure our guests had a seamless enjoyable experience but we also had time to connect with each other privately too.We are truly grateful to Tatra Receptions for making all of our dreams come true. Their gardens are something truly special unmatched by anything else in Victoria. It was the perfect location for all of our needs; to have the ceremony on site (with various options available), a gorgeously decorated grande ballroom (the pure essence of elegance) and not to mention accommodation on site for all of our guests.We truly give many thanks, from the bottom of our hearts, to Dearna, Andrew and Shelby. Most especially for all of their hard work on our behalf. We had many guests complementing the service they received, the beautiful grounds, the delicious and abundant food and appreciation of how well maintained not only the gardens were but the Event Place as a whole.Their hospitality was warm and we had so many options to choose from, you can really personalise your day the way you would like to here, it was truly a dream come true. We were able to hire a live pianist for cocktail hour, a violinist for the ceremony and in the gardens AND have a band in the reception, decorate how we wished to, make use of all the grounds privately for the WHOLE duration of our two days (including all unlimited use of the gardens, garden bar, chapel, grande ballroom, pre reception lounge and other outdoor spaces). There is also a gorgeous day room/bridal retreat large enough to fully spread out all your wedding day supplies and for you to get ready there if you wish to, I did not but it was a lovely place to get some silence for a moment in between all the busy-ness of the day.In conclusion, Tatra Receptions is a marvellous choice for Brides and Grooms desiring the WHOLE experience from start to finish for themselves and their guests. It is pure timeless elegance and fairytale magic. I would highly recommend a tour if you are considering a wedding in the Dandenong Ranges/Yarra Valley area.With much love,N & Lread more

We had our wedding at Tatra Receptions in Dec, 2023 and it was everything we imagined it would be! Andrew, Dearna and the staff were so helpful in making sure our day went smoothly as possible. It was forecasted for rain during the outside ceremony but we didn't want to make the call on moving it inside until as late... as possible and they were so understanding and prepared to move things around if needed. Tatra was the most amazing venue for our wedding just gone. From the moment we booked up until the day after our wedding it was everything we could’ve dreamed of, the atmosphere, the scenery, the food, the staff absolutely everything was perfect. Everyone was commenting on how amazing the entire day and night was... 🥰The entire lead up Dearna in the office was incredible with the back and fourth emails, questions, answers and updates and on the day our coordinator Shelby was amazing we didn’t need to worry about a single thing. We knew everyone had it all under control and it was the best feeling 😊Would highly recommend Tatra any day, not only was the whole process extremely easy and fun their communication was great as well 😊read more

Every time I perform a wedding ceremony at Tatra receptions, I love working with their amazing staff who are always on point. There’s the added bonus of being amongst nature and an extremely well-maintained garden. Can’t wait to be back here for another wedding in the middle of March.

I got married here on the 11.11.23. From the moment we saw this venue, I knew this was the one. Other venues paled in comparison.We really wanted everything in one place, as some guests were travelling from interstate. We wanted accomodation close by, and to have both the ceremony and reception in one place, so our... older guests didn't have to worry about going from one place to the next, and that's exactly what we got.Accomodation on site, rehearsal run through, bridal suite open early morning, platters and coffees, photobooth and neon sign all organised by the venue. Also, there's no need to go off site for photos. Tatra Receptions grounds are a dream.Our wedding wasn't just a one day thing, we celebrated over 3 days! The night before family and bridal party stayed at Tatras Accomodation, we had dinner out boys at one location and girls at another, then our big day the next day, and after we checked out - all guests that came stayed at Tatras Accommodation and a few others who wanted to keep celebrating came and had brunch with us, before all departing. It was perfect!We got signage stands supplied for our welcome sign and seating chart, complimentary food tasting, complimentary white seasoned flowers on each guest table and in the centre of the bridal table. This is a nice cost cut for the bride and groom. Also a complimentary wedding night stay in their honeymoon suite.Andrew, Debbie and the team were all so wonderful to deal with. They listened to what we wanted and delivered on the day. Dearna and Bianca our wedding day coordinators were lovely to deal with and very attentive. I recommend Tatra Receptions to anyone!The food is incredible, the gardens are majestic, they have the prettiest gazebo and cupola and the chapel is stunning! It's a bonus that the reception is also beautiful. It's the prettiest venue in all of the Dandenong Ranges and trust me, we saw them all haha.I am so happy we got the venue we wanted and so happy with how our day turned out. Super impressed with our experience at Tatra. First of all, the owner and management are super flexible with lots of things, for example, scheduling times for our rehearsal outside those they usually offer, allowing us to come in for an additional food tasting for a dish we hadn't tried etc. We mostly spoke to Dearna... throughout the planning process who was always super responsive and very helpful! The team set up my items on the day exactly as I had asked also. On the night, all of the staff members were wonderful and really lovely. Our on the day co-ordinator (whose name I unfortunately cannot recall - the day was such a blur!) was so wonderful. She kept me calm when I arrived to the venue later when expected, took it upon herself to problem solve the little things that weren't going quite to plan on the day, ensured we were kept in the loop all evening, tried to feed and water us as much as possible and so many other things that I probably didn't even notice! Honestly I don't think I could fault the venue at all on the day. Thanks so much!read more

We had our wedding at Tatra on 27.10.23 and it was the most perfect place to get married. The venue itself is stunning. The gardens are beautiful and make for incredible photos. The ballroom is such a great space for the reception. Food is absolutely incredible and all of our guests raved about it. The team at Tatra... were wonderful all throughout the entire wedding planning process, special shoutout to Dearna who was incredible. Right from our first enquiry up until our wedding day, the staff at Tatra have been beyond exceptional, answering our questions, offering suggestions and advice, and helping out on our special day when it was needed. They were always so lovely to communicate whether it was through phone, email or in -person. Having... great, professional people to work with made the process of organising a wedding so much easier especially when trying to plan a million things.The venue itself is just breathtaking with a vast amount of greenery that creates a mesmerising backdrop for photos. As soon as we got the tour to check out the venue, we pretty much knew then and there that this is our wedding venue to celebrate our special day. The reception space is so warm and welcoming with a large dance floor for guests to party on throughout the night. They also have beautiful fireplaces that can be lit which comes in handy especially for the unpredictable Melbourne weather.For all newly engaged couples, Tatra is the wedding venue of your dreams - you will not be disappointed and we couldn't of asked for a better venue to get married at. From our initial enquiry, to our wedding day, Tatra had been nothing short of INCREDIBLE. Tatra was our wedding venue and we are SO HAPPY we chose it! We fell in love with it because of the various locations and backdrops within the one place: the ballroom, chapel, garden and many outdoor photoshoot options. On the day, we also had perfect weather which made the venue even more stunning! Our guests all... complimented how beautiful it was and to be in Mt Dandenong. Tatra was always quick to respond and communicate with. The staff were so lovely and helpful on the day as well as prior to the day. It is also large enough for flexible big number of guests. Our guests also complimented the food and meals. It was also lovely having accommodation on site to stay overnight for ourselves as bride and groom, and for guests. I was here for a wedding, and i was amazed by the place. The gardens at the back is like walking into a fairytale, the staff were very welcoming and polite and the food delicious, definitely recommending it for young couples to have their wedding there !!

Tatra Receptions was absolutely amazing. Me and our partner organised our wedding pre-covid and their service throughout and post-covid with all the changes and postponements along the way were fantastic. All of our changes and requests coming into the wedding were handled with patience from Andrew and the team and... I'm amazed at how happy and easy-going they were with the changes my parents had been organising before the wedding.Shelby Davidson(?), our co-ordinator from Tatra, went above and beyond to ensure that despite the rain and constant changes to the plan made sure things ran with the amended schedule and single-handedly ensured our day was one to remember. Our bridal party can't thank her enough for all of the support and help she and the team on the day.read more
